Well, it's Week 20 and I'm on book 17...it's all because I've had so much reading to do for English Academic Team! But here are a few books I read over Christmas break:
- Dirty Work by Julia Bell--similar to the movie Taken, a British girl is kidnapped and forced into a prostitution ring. Soooo sad that this actually happens in our world! Pretty gripping and a quick read
- Vampire Academy #1 by Richelle Mead--so many students have recommended this to me and I really enjoyed it. It took me a while to get used to the "rules" regarding vampires, dhampirs, etc but it was an easy, fun read
